The Office of China Programs and Department of Modern and Classical Languages will host the 2020 Chinese New Year Celebration Jan. 29-31. There will be a series of Chinese cultural activities from Chinese martial arts and dance performances, to dumpling cooking workshops. Attendees will get hands-on experience in most of the activities. 

Ningxia University faculty will discuss about Chinese cuisine, including history to cooking techniques.
