Description

Witness as those in the Western District of Missouri take their Oath of Allegiance and thereby complete the process of becoming a United States citizen.

There will be a variety of speakers along with MSU's vocal talent performing the National Anthem and America the Beautiful. Reserved seating for applicant families. General seating in the PSU Theater will be first come, first served.

Ceremony Location: The ceremony will take place in the Robert W. Plaster Student Union (PSU) Theater located on the 2nd floor as you enter the building. Signs and volunteers at the PSU will direct applicants and their families to appropriate report rooms.          

Parking: Ceremony applicants and their guests should park in lot #28 located at the corner of John Q. Hammons Parkway and Harrison Street. This lot is accessible off either Harrison or Cherry streets, and located across the street from the First & Calvary Church located on the MSU campus. A Google map address for the church/parking area is 820 E. Cherry.  

Shuttle Service: A free designated naturalization ceremony shuttle is provided from 8 a.m.-2 p.m. to transport applicants and their guests to and from the parking lot to the ceremony location at the PSU.  Volunteers will be stationed at the parking lot to assist. Shuttles are fully accessible for those with impaired mobility.
