Description

Being skillful with kitchen knives can enhance safety while adding visual appeal to your meals! Come learn about different types of knives and their uses, as well as how to care for, store and sharpen knives. You will also get practice with techniques, such as mincing, chopping, dicing, slicing and paring. Additionally, Ceira will teach you different kinds of cuts while sharing some of her tried-and-true tips for efficiency.
