Money Smart for Small Business provides a practical introduction to the everyday tasks of starting and managing a business. Developed jointly by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) and the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA). This program is designed for new or currently operating small business owners and for people without formal business training.   The 10 program topics include:

1.) Is Owning a Business a Good Fit for You?
2.) Planning for a Healthy Business
3.) Financial Management
4.) Managing Cash Flow
5.) Time Management
6.) Insurance & Risk Management
7.) Banking Services Available for Small Businesses
8.) Credit Reporting Demystified
9.) Record-Keeping
10.) Tax Planning & Reporting 

This program is a cooperative venture between the MSU Small Business & Technology Development Center and Guaranty Bank.

For enrollment in all 10 Modules follow the link provided. For enrollment in select modules search in Missouri State's Calendar of Events the title of the module you wish to participate in and follow the link. All 10 Modules are $79, or each indiviual module is $10 per seminar.
