
The Division of Student Affairs is thrilled to announce three candidates who will be interviewing for the Director of Residence Life, Housing, and Dining Services. position. Each candidate will give a presentation at an open forum.
The presentation topic: Retaining students within the Residence Life program is essential for many reasons. Please discuss the importance of retaining students already within the program, retention strategies you would incorporate, and strategies you would use to attract new students to the Residence Halls.
Candidate Teresa Frederick:
Please join us to interview Teresa Frederick for the Director of Residence Life, Housing, and Dining Services position. Mrs. Frederick has served as the Associate Director of Facilities Management here at Missouri State University since 2019. Prior to that, she served as Associate Director of Residence Life -Facilities and Operations for two years, Assistant Director of Residence Life – Facilities & Operations for five years, Coordinator of Residence Life - Facilities and Operations for five years, and as a Residence Hall Director for six years, all at Missouri State. Mrs. Frederick received a Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Science at Sterling College in Sterling, Kansas in 2000, and a Master of Science in Administrative Studies-Project Management degree from Missouri State in 2010.
