As part of Geography Awareness Week, Dr. Toby Dogwiler will present his theories on the geography of beer - and how geology (and the resulting local water types) play a role in the development of certain beers in certain parts of the world. Bring your beer geek hat and be prepared to spend the evening listening to all things beer, geography and geology related.
