Binkley is an urban and regional planning professional. His duties include zoning and subdivision review, comprehensive plan review, site investigations, and coordination with Greene County municipalities on planning strategies.
Previously, he worked with private consultancies in Northern Ireland in research, planning application submission and monitoring, site feasibility analysis, and policy analysis. He is driven by a desire to see communities achieve their potential through a quality-built environment.
