The Appraisal and Development Plan (ADP) Process is the University's formal evaluation process for all full-time staff employees. The annual performance rating cycle for all full-time staff occurs between October 1st and January 31st of each year.
Topics reviewed during the session include:
Overview of the online process for both the annual and probationary cycles
Workflow process for the Planning and Appraisal documents
Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs)
The focus of this training is on the rating supervisor’s responsibilities and the tools available to them online for managing the process. Other fulltime employees are welcome. Additional information and Help Guides are available at the Office of Human Resources website.
