Join us for the Fifth Annual Undergraduate Literature Conference.

The schedule is as follows:

9:05-9:55 a.m.: Literature, Culture, and Sociopolitics. Featured  panelists are: Erin Benedict, Lauren J. Barclay and Kat Sittlenauer.

10:10-11 a.m.: Issues in Ethnic American Literature and Culture, I. Featured panelists are: Daren Colbert and Emily Lewandowski.

11:15 a.m.-12:05 p.m.: Lunch Break

12:20-1:10 p.m.: Issues In Ethnic American Literature and Culture, II. Featured panelists are: Alexander Durbin, Katherine Busch and Shae Park.

1:25-2:15 p.m.: Reading Literature and Culture through Disability Studies. Featured panelists are: Tyler Woosencraft, Maureen N. Havey and Rachel Edens.

4 p.m.: Keynote Speaker, Dr. Susan Stewart: Doing Double Duty: Diversity Inside and Outside the Text. Dr. Stewart is an Associate Professor of Literature at University of Texas A&M-Commerce. Her topic explores the roles in diversity in adolescent literature and discusses how we can talk about diversity in this complicated world.

A reception will follow the lecture.
