Christie's experience spans the fields of manufacturing, software, service, and medical industries in human resources, consulting and management. Christie has worked with employees and owners of businesses of varying sizes, industries and geographic location. She implements accounting software, develops human resource tools and reports, and consults on how to improve efficiency and security controls for her clients.
Christie graduated from Drury College with a BA dual degree in Business, Communications and an Accounting minor. She obtained her MBA from Missouri State University with an emphasis in Finance. Christie received her PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certification from the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) in 1998. She is also a SAGE certified trainer for MAS90, Crystal Reports, FRx and has taught various other courses from SHRM and the American Management Association. She is a member of the Springfield Area Human Resources Association (SAHRA) as well as other organizations, and a graduate of Leadership Springfield.
