A student may request a FERPA hold at any time. However, University responses to Sunshine Law requests will begin after this date. See www.missouristate.edu/ferpa.
Please note that a FERPA Hold, which prevents the release of directory information, is in force from the date that it is received in the Office of the Registrar until such time that the student would withdraw the request.
