What if your home, your land, your heritage, your future - even your life and those of your loved ones - were under dire and mounting threat? What if this threat were man-made, yet no one seemed to care, much less have a plan to stop it?
Southern Louisiana's wetlands, a natural hurricane buffer and vital fish and wildlife habitat, are disappearing at the shocking rate of one football field of land every 15 minutes, and the region's unique culture and communities are eroding in tandem with this fragile ecosystem. Distilled from hundreds of on-site interviews conducted over the course of a year, this moving docudrama gives voice to those with the most to lose in this socio-environmental crisis: the young people of the bayou country.
