Description

Preparation is key to the success of any business venture. Whether you are starting a new business, growing an established business, or launching a new product or service, preparation is the key.  Learn how to utilize several tools in the process of developing a plan for your business.  Whether formal or informal, translating your ideas into a working plan will increase the odds in your favor.  This seminar provides an overview of two approaches to business plans and the steps necessary to develop those plans.  Also, a special emphasis will be placed how to fund the business once the plan has been developed.  In addition to the course instruction, support material is provided which includes a workbook, software, and other documents.
